Responsibilities
- Provide tier-one technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal employees and external clients via phone and email.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems within the office.
- Monitor network performance and report technical anomalies to the IT operations team.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and user interactions in our ticketing system (Jira/ServiceNow).
- Collaborate with the development team to test new software releases and identify bugs.
- Conduct basic training sessions for new hires regarding company software and security protocols.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and assist in implementing security best practices.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and network fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Teams).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for hybrid work arrangements.
- Ability to work full-time during business hours.
