Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team in managing and growing social media presence across platforms.
- Conduct basic market research to identify trends and competitor activities in the El Paso area.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat support in a professional and timely manner.
- Help draft, proofread, and edit blog posts, newsletters, and marketing copy.
- Update and maintain the company CRM database with accurate client information.
- Track and report on basic campaign metrics and engagement rates.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and lead qualification.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program or recently graduated.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar).
- A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to work independently and meet weekly deadlines.
- High school diploma or GED required (some college coursework preferred).
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a hunger to learn.
