Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues across company systems
- Assist with network administration tasks including device monitoring and troubleshooting
- Document IT procedures and maintain digital knowledge base resources
- Collaborate on cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments
- Support software deployment and system updates across department workstations
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings to align on technical priorities
- Learn and implement industry best practices in IT service management
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university program (IT, Computer Science, or related field)
- Must be eligible to receive academic credit for internship participation
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Familiarity with networking concepts and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Valid driver's license (for occasional equipment transport)
