Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Document and resolve user tickets using ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Assist in deploying and maintaining desktop/laptop configurations
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system monitoring and maintenance
- Participate in cybersecurity best practices training and implementation
- Support office IT infrastructure including printers and AV equipment
- Create technical documentation and knowledge base articles
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
