Responsibilities
- Assist the development team in designing, coding, and testing software applications.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews to ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to support business decision-making.
- Document technical processes and create user guides for internal tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product features and user experience.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and bug fixing under supervision.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Python (or equivalent skills in marketing/data).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team setting.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
