Responsibilities
- Assist in software development, QA testing, and documentation for client projects
- Support data analysis initiatives using SQL and Excel to generate actionable insights
- Contribute to digital marketing campaigns through content creation and social media management
- Participate in agile sprint planning and daily stand-up meetings
- Collaborate on UX research projects including user interviews and prototype testing
- Help optimize internal workflows through automation and process improvement
- Present project updates to stakeholders during weekly team reviews
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program (any major)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and in collaborative team settings
