Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Assist the IT team with troubleshooting hardware and software issues for internal staff.
- SEO Research: Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to support our digital marketing campaigns.
- Content Creation: Write and edit blog posts, social media captions, and website copy to drive engagement.
- Website Maintenance: Monitor site performance using Google Analytics and assist in updating website content.
- Database Management: Help maintain and organize internal databases and customer records.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and brainstorming sessions.
- Project Assistance: Support various departments with administrative tasks and research projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or WordPress is a plus but not required.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Organization: Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Reliability: Must be able to commit to at least 15-20 hours per week for the duration of the internship.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the San Diego office.
