Responsibilities
- Assist senior team members in diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues for clients.

- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and comprehensive training sessions.
- Learn and troubleshoot new software installations, updates, and patches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program or recently graduated (High School Diploma/GED acceptable for this entry-level role).
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the IT field with no prior professional experience required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
