Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Developers: Collaborate with the development team to design, code, and test software solutions under supervision.
- Conduct Research: Perform market research and competitor analysis to support business strategy and technical decisions.
- Manage Projects: Help coordinate internal projects and ensure the timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.
- Optimize Processes: Identify areas for improvement in existing workflows and propose data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Technical Documentation: Create clear, concise documentation for codebases, APIs, and technical procedures.
- User Testing: Assist in QA testing and gather feedback to improve user experience and product functionality.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, or SQL is a plus.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Problem Solving: Ability to analyze complex problems and propose logical, effective solutions.
- Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to feedback.
- Tools: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and version control (e.g., Git) is preferred.
