Responsibilities
- Assist software developers and data analysts in day-to-day operations and troubleshooting.
- Conduct market research and compile data reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media channels.
- Participate in agile development sprints and daily stand-up meetings.
- Update internal documentation and maintain project tracking systems.
- Test software applications and identify bugs for the QA team.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with basic programming languages (Python, Java, or HTML) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
