Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential candidates.
- Assist in screening resumes and scheduling interviews for technical roles.
- Support the recruitment team in posting job descriptions across various platforms.
- Utilize SEO strategies to optimize job postings and improve visibility.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and job descriptions.
- Organize and maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Prepare reports and summaries of recruitment activities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program.
- Must be eligible to receive college credit for the internship.
- Strong interest in Human Resources, Technical Recruiting, or SEO.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work at least 15-20 hours per week.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward learning.
