Responsibilities
- Assist the IT support team with daily technical troubleshooting and hardware setup.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to support project objectives.
- Maintain accurate records and databases using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attend and document weekly team meetings and departmental training sessions.
- Support the sales team with client communication and follow-up activities.
- Learn and apply basic cybersecurity best practices under supervision.
- Participate in the development of internal communication materials.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, College, or recently graduated.
- Basic proficiency with computers and the internet.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (required for on-site work).
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week during business hours.
- Willingness to learn new software and technical tools.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
