Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team in executing digital campaigns across social media and email platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities in the IL/WI region.
- Support the sales department with data entry, lead qualification, and client outreach.
- Create engaging content, including blog posts, graphics, and promotional materials.
- Attend weekly team meetings and contribute ideas to project brainstorming sessions.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics using basic analytics tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional on-site requirements.
- Must be available for 10-15 hours per week.
