What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Assist the Marketing Team: Support daily operations including content creation, social media scheduling, and market research.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze market data to identify trends and assist in the preparation of reports.
- Project Coordination: Help manage internal projects by tracking deadlines, organizing files, and communicating with stakeholders.
- Creative Support: Contribute ideas for campaigns and assist in the creation of visual assets and written copy.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with clients via email and phone to provide information and resolve inquiries.
- Office Administration: Maintain a organized workspace and assist with general administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work part-time (approx. 15-20 hours per week).
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Work Ethic: Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Technical: Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital tools is a plus.
- Location: Must reside in the Milwaukee, WI or surrounding Illinois area.
