Responsibilities
- Monitor Systems: Oversee real-time data streams and system performance metrics during night operations.
- Data Entry & Verification: Accurately input and verify large volumes of data to ensure database integrity.
- Ticket Management: Assist in triaging and resolving support tickets submitted during the evening hours.
- Reporting: Generate daily and weekly performance reports to identify trends and operational improvements.
- Communication: Liaise with day-shift teams to ensure seamless handover of critical information.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in night workflows and suggest innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (completed 1+ years).
- Availability: Must be available to work 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (or similar night shift window).
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and CRM software.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot errors and maintain high data accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and professional conduct.
