Responsibilities
- Execute daily data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Monitor and analyze system logs for anomalies during off-peak hours.
- Verify and reconcile financial and operational data against source documents.
- Generate and distribute end-of-shift performance reports to the management team.
- Assist in maintaining a secure and organized digital filing system.
- Communicate technical issues to the on-site supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Access.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to detect data discrepancies.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Reliable transportation is required for shift commuting.
