Responsibilities
- Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of IT infrastructure during off-peak hours.
- Resolve technical support tickets and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
- Perform data entry and system backups to ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to document technical procedures.
- Participate in training sessions and skill development workshops.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Must be available to work 8-hour night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and basic knowledge of Windows and Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
