Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot internal systems and network performance during night shifts.
- Assist senior technicians with data entry, ticket resolution, and system maintenance.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on software applications and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams regarding system alerts and issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to company safety protocols.
- Participate in weekly intern shadowing sessions and training workshops.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Must be available to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, or software applications.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Detroit office.
