Responsibilities
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support to internal clients and customers via phone and email.
- Monitor system performance logs and alert the senior team to any anomalies occurring during the night shift.
- Document all support tickets and customer interactions accurately in our CRM database.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of software updates and hardware configurations.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor, ensuring high customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to resolve escalated issues and share operational insights.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night hours.
- Reliable transportation to the Nashville office location.
