As part of our night operations team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our digital infrastructure and supporting our global clientele during their business hours. This is an excellent opportunity for students pursuing degrees in Information Technology, Marketing, or Business.
Responsibilities
- Monitor System Performance: Track website uptime, server loads, and SEO metrics overnight to ensure optimal performance for our clients.
- Content Management: Assist in the scheduling and posting of digital content during low-traffic periods to maximize engagement during business hours.
- Data Entry & Analysis: Accurately input customer data into CRM systems and generate nightly performance reports.
- Customer Support: Respond to urgent tickets and inquiries via live chat and email during the night shift window.
- Keyword Research: Conduct preliminary research on trending keywords and competitor activity to support the SEO team.
- Quality Assurance: Perform routine checks on digital assets to ensure brand consistency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to work independently and maintain high accuracy during night shifts.
