Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze system performance logs during night hours to ensure optimal uptime.
- Assist in the accurate entry and verification of large datasets.
- Communicate effectively with the day shift team to hand over critical information.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to adhere to safety protocols.
- Provide basic technical support to internal staff via ticketing systems.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and training sessions.
- Conduct preliminary research to support ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program or recently graduated (High School Diploma/GED required).
- Must be available to work Night Shift schedules (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
