Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and high-volume data entry tasks using company software.
- Monitor and respond to incoming communications during the night shift.
- Ensure all digital records are updated, organized, and secure.
- Assist in flagging discrepancies or errors for the day shift team.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with remote team members to ensure workflow continuity.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program (High school graduates with relevant experience considered).
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection is required for remote support tasks.
