Responsibilities
- Monitor server health and performance metrics during off-peak hours.
- Assist in troubleshooting network connectivity issues for internal stakeholders.
- Update technical documentation and run daily system diagnostics.
- Collaborate with the night operations team to ensure 24/7 service continuity.
- Participate in code reviews and agile sprint planning sessions.
- Perform routine security audits and software updates.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelorâs or Associateâs degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic understanding of Linux/Windows command line interfaces.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
