Responsibilities
- Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of backend servers and databases during off-peak hours.
- Perform data validation, entry, and analysis for nightly reporting cycles.
- Collaborate with senior developers to troubleshoot and resolve software bugs in a controlled environment.
- Document technical processes and update internal knowledge bases.
- Conduct quality assurance testing on new software releases.
- Respond to support tickets and user inquiries via internal communication channels.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong understanding of basic computer operations and office software.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid US work authorization required.
