Responsibilities
- SEO & Data Analysis: Assist in monitoring SEO performance metrics and analyzing web traffic trends during off-peak hours.
- Content Support: Support the content team by conducting keyword research and assisting with basic HTML/CSS updates.
- Customer Support (Night Shift): Provide technical support to internal teams and resolve issues via ticketing systems during the night shift.
- Database Management: Help maintain and clean large datasets, ensuring data integrity for reporting purposes.
- Research: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new opportunities for our digital presence.
- Documentation: Update internal documentation and logs to ensure seamless handovers between shifts.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work 3-5 nights per week (e.g., 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or SEO principles is highly preferred.
- Tools: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to work independently.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills.
