Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and business development team with daily administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities in the El Paso region.
- Support the creation and management of content for social media platforms and company newsletters.
- Maintain and organize digital filing systems, databases, and physical records.
- Attend weekly team meetings to discuss project progress and receive feedback.
- Help draft basic reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a High School Diploma or GED program.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer for remote tasks.
- Must be located in or willing to commute to El Paso, Texas.
