Responsibilities
- Assist senior developers in software testing and debugging
- Contribute to agile development cycles through daily stand-ups
- Create documentation for technical processes and user guides
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings and brainstorming sessions
- Complete online training modules and skill assessments
- Shadow product managers during client consultations
- Present project findings to department leads
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with eagerness to learn new technologies
- Ability to commit to 20-25 hours per week during the program
