Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional teams on real-world projects in software development, UX design, or digital marketing
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategies
- Create compelling content for social media, blogs, and marketing collateral
- Assist with data collection, analysis, and visualization using industry-standard tools
- Participate in agile sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with mentors to develop and execute personal growth plans
- Document project progress and present findings to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited university/college
- Strong academic standing (minimum 3.0 GPA preferred)

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
