Responsibilities
- Assist the Marketing Team: Support daily content creation, including social media posts and basic copywriting.
- Conduct Market Research: Gather data on local competitors and emerging trends in the Washington DC and Ohio markets.
- Administrative Support: Manage email correspondence, schedule meetings, and organize project files.
- Customer Engagement: Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent service support.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records in our customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and promoting company events and webinars.

Qualifications
