Responsibilities
- Assist the Marketing Team: Support daily social media operations, content creation, and community engagement efforts.
- SEO & Research: Conduct keyword research and analyze competitor strategies to improve web visibility.
- Data Management: Organize and maintain digital databases and spreadsheets with high accuracy.
- Content Support: Help draft blog posts, newsletters, and marketing copy under the supervision of senior staff.
- Event Coordination: Participate in local networking events and assist in organizing company webinars.
- Learning & Development: Attend weekly training sessions to master industry-standard tools and software.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University (no degree required).
- Experience: No experience necessary – we value attitude and willingness to learn over past history.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week, including occasional weekends.
- Location: Must reside in or willing to commute to Dallas, TX.
