Role Overview
As an Intern, you will work closely with our senior developers and project managers to support various aspects of our software development lifecycle. You will gain practical exposure to real-world projects, allowing you to bridge the gap between academic theory and professional application.
Responsibilities
- Assist Development Teams: Collaborate with senior developers to write, debug, and test code for web and mobile applications.
- Technical Support: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot minor bugs, and document technical issues and resolutions.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct research on emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitor solutions to provide actionable insights.
- Project Coordination: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning meetings, and project reviews to stay aligned with team goals.
- Content Creation: Help maintain the company blog and documentation by writing clear, concise technical articles and tutorials.
- User Testing: Assist in gathering user feedback and analyzing data to improve product usability.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (High school diploma/GED accepted with relevant experience).
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Python is preferred. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical problems creatively.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies quickly.
- Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week, including some evenings or weekends if necessary.
