Responsibilities
- Support Digital Marketing Initiatives: Assist the marketing team in executing social media campaigns, creating engaging content, and managing our online presence across various platforms.
- Conduct Market Research: Gather and analyze data regarding market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to help shape our business strategies.
- Content Creation & Management: Help draft and edit blog posts, newsletters, and press releases, ensuring all content aligns with our brand voice.
- Customer Relationship Support: Interact with clients and potential leads via email and phone, providing high-quality support and gathering leads for the sales team.
- Administrative Coordination: Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, schedule meetings, and assist with general office operations.
- Project Assistance: Collaborate on various internal projects, ensuring deadlines are met and team goals are achieved.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous professional experience is not required. We are looking for fresh perspectives and a strong willingness to learn.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a general familiarity with social media platforms.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Work Ethic: A self-motivated attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Availability: Must be able to work full-time hours (40 hours per week) on-site in Memphis, TN.
