Responsibilities
- Assist the IT Support team with day-to-day hardware and software troubleshooting for employees.
- Participate in the setup and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our internal knowledge base.
- Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and IT equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Learn and utilize basic coding languages or content management systems under supervision.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Email, Web Browsers).
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
