Responsibilities
- Assist the team with daily operational tasks and administrative duties.
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and provide solutions.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (College students preferred).
- No prior experience is required; we train our own.
- Valid email address and reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Availability to work a set number of hours per week (part-time).
- Willingness to relocate or work remotely within the US (Seattle/NC preferred).
