Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional teams in software development and QA testing
- Assist with data analysis and reporting using Excel/SQL
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and daily stand-ups
- Create and maintain project documentation
- Conduct market research for product development initiatives
- Shadow senior team members to learn industry best practices
- Present project findings to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a bachelor's degree program
- Open to all majors – no technical experience required
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week during internship period
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
