Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team with daily content creation and social media management.
- Conduct market research and compile data reports to support business decisions.
- Coordinate logistics for client meetings and internal team events.
- Manage and update the company CRM database with accurate information.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Provide administrative support including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Support the sales department with outreach efforts and lead qualification.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (High school students welcome).
- No prior professional experience necessary; we provide full training.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet.
