Responsibilities
- Assist the administrative team with daily operations, data entry, and filing.
- Conduct research to support project initiatives and market analysis.
- Manage and update digital records and contact databases.
- Answer incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Prepare simple reports and presentations for weekly team meetings.
- Learn and utilize office software (MS Office, Google Suite) to support daily tasks.
- Support the marketing team with social media content scheduling and basic design tasks.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, College, or a recent graduate (High School Diploma or equivalent).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (30+ wpm).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn.
- Ability to commute to our office in Washington, IL.
