Responsibilities
- Assist Development Teams: Collaborate with senior developers and engineers to design, test, and implement software solutions.
- Conduct Market Research: Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for marketing strategies.
- Support Digital Campaigns: Assist in the execution of SEO and social media campaigns, tracking performance metrics and reporting results.
- Maintain Documentation: Create and update technical documentation, user manuals, and project logs.
- Participate in Agile Meetings: Attend daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to stay aligned with project goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, or Microsoft Office Suite is required; experience with Python or SQL is a plus.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues and think critically under pressure.
- Availability: Must be available to work at least 20 hours per week, including some weekends if needed.
