Responsibilities
- Assist in full-cycle software development including coding, testing, and debugging
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for product enhancements
- Participate in agile development sprints and sprint planning sessions
- Create technical documentation and user guides for internal tools
- Support data analysis initiatives using SQL and Python
- Present project progress and findings to senior stakeholders
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing Computer Science or related field
- Basic proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or HTML/CSS
- Strong academic standing (GPA 3.0+ preferred)
- Ability to commit 15-20 hours per week during academic semesters
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving approach with attention to detail
- Available to work onsite 2-3 days per week in NYC
- Must arrange college credit through your institution
