Responsibilities
- SEO Strategy: Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with the content team to optimize web pages, blog posts, and landing pages for search engines.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor site performance using Google Analytics 4 and prepare weekly performance reports.
- Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media calendars and engaging with the online community.
- Technical SEO: Support the technical team in improving site speed, mobile-friendliness, and site architecture.
- Keyword Tracking: Track ranking changes and identify trends to inform future marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Location: Must reside in or willing to relocate to the San Jose, CA area OR Ohio.
- Skills: Basic understanding of SEO concepts and Google Analytics.
- Writing: Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Tools: Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
