We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paid Intern to join our dynamic team in Austin, TX. You will work directly with our senior leadership to execute digital marketing strategies and support our recruitment pipeline. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analyze competitor strategies to improve website ranking.
- Assist the recruiting team with resume screening, candidate outreach, and scheduling interviews.
- Optimize job postings and company profiles on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other major job boards.
- Monitor website traffic using Google Analytics and report on key performance indicators.
- Create engaging content for blog posts and social media channels to drive organic traffic.
- Update and maintain the company Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic SEO principles and search engine algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work full-time, on-site in Austin, TX.
- Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
