Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-value SEO opportunities.
- Assist technical recruiters in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and Boolean search strategies.
- Optimize job descriptions and company website content for search engines.
- Monitor web analytics and traffic reports to track campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging blog posts and social media content.
- Update internal applicant tracking systems (ATS) with candidate data.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Human Resources, or Information Technology.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or basic web development concepts is a plus.
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and keyword research tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
