Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to senior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Debug and resolve software issues reported by users, working closely with the QA and support teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define new features and system requirements.
- Write clear, concise, and well-documented code and technical documentation.
- Contribute to technical presentations and knowledge-sharing sessions within the engineering team.
- Monitor application performance and suggest optimizations to improve user experience and system reliability.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or React).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex technical challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies and development methodologies.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide proof of enrollment to receive college credit.
