Responsibilities
- Assist the SEO team in optimizing web content and improving search engine rankings.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analyze industry trends to support recruitment strategies.
- Maintain and update candidate databases with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Support the recruitment team in sourcing potential candidates through various channels and social media platforms.
- Prepare and organize data reports for weekly team meetings.
- Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations and event planning.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program or recently graduated (High School Diploma/GED required).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with basic SEO concepts and web analytics tools is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
