Responsibilities
- Assist the development and maintenance of core software products and web applications.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code under the guidance of senior developers.
- Conduct code reviews and identify bugs or technical debt to improve system stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, marketing) to define and ship new features.
- Analyze user data and feedback to identify trends and suggest technical improvements.
- Assist in technical documentation and knowledge base creation.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript).
- Basic understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a diverse team.
- Passion for learning new technologies and staying current with industry trends.
