Responsibilities
- Develop and test software solutions using Python/Java in agile teams
- Analyze data trends and create actionable business intelligence reports
- Support digital marketing campaigns across social media and SEO channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product innovation initiatives
- Document technical processes and create user-friendly training materials
- Participate in weekly innovation sprints and hackathons
- Shadow senior engineers during client consultations and deployments
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor's/Master's program (any major)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to commit 15-25 hours per week during semester
- Valid authorization to work in the United States
