Responsibilities
- Develop and test software features using Python, JavaScript, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
- Analyze user data to drive product improvements and performance optimizations
- Collaborate with UX designers to create intuitive digital experiences
- Document technical processes and contribute to team wikis
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions
- Present project progress to stakeholders during bi-weekly reviews
- Complete online certification modules to expand technical skills
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university (undergraduate or graduate)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of at least one programming language (Python/JavaScript preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 20-30 hours/week during program duration
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Portfolio or GitHub profile demonstrating personal projects (optional but encouraged)
