Responsibilities
- Develop and implement solutions using Python, JavaScript, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on agile projects
- Conduct user research and data analysis to drive product improvements
- Create technical documentation and present findings to stakeholders
- Participate in innovation sprints and hackathons
- Maintain code quality through peer reviews and testing
- Shadow senior engineers for professional growth
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bachelor's program (any major)
- Basic knowledge of programming concepts (Python/Java preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week during academic terms
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Portfolio/GitHub profile demonstrating projects (not required but beneficial)
