Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team in executing daily campaigns and analyzing performance data.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape in the North Texas region.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and presentations for senior management.
- Support the IT department with software installation, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline internal workflows.
- Manage social media accounts and engage with our online community.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program or recently graduated (within 6 months).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evening hours.
- Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
