Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and sales teams in executing daily digital campaigns and strategies.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support business decision-making.
- Update and maintain company databases and content management systems (CMS).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management reviews using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support via email and phone.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Basic understanding of SEO, social media platforms, or data entry is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work on-site in Oklahoma City.
